This business is definitely not your typical car dealership where they give you the sales pitch. I was very happy with the service from Shannon when we picked up the car. Although I don't write reviews very often, I think The Garage Sydney deserves one.
I saw an advertisement for one of their cars while we were searching for a car for our daughter. I made the decision to go to The Garage Sydney one day just to "look" at the cars because I don't really trust internet ads.
To cut a long story short, we went to "look" at a car and today we are sitting with Bill and Shannon to pick up two cars (my daughter's car will be picked up later this week).
I found Bill and Shannon to be decent, hardworking and honest. They did not push, they weren’t impatient, they weren’t focused on selling you a car. Bill provided recommendations based on what we were looking for and he was spot on!
I could potentially write a long review, (I won’t), instead, I’ll say this.
One day, Bill and Shannon were two men answering our questions about some cars we wanted to look at.
Today, they are friends and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to speak to Bill and Shannon first before going anywhere else.
