After getting a $3.5k quote from another plumbing business to fix the external unit of our ducted heating system, I was a bit reluctant and decided to get a second quote. She is fully booked for a reason : one awesome instructor who is extremely supportive. I came to her with too much pressure. Upon knowing my shortcomings, Marienne sent me a number of YouTube video prior to our lessons. Learning to drive can be stressful for both learner and instructor, but she has always been so so so calm in all situations. Her instructions are very much in detail, easy to understand. Whenever I make mistakes, she always calm me down first with feedbacks to follow up.

Highly recommend to take her 2 hour session for test day also, she is there for a reason.

Once again, please book Marienne way in advance, one amazing instructor.

Thanks to Marianne’s instructions and support, I gained the confidence and knowledge to pass the test. Marianne is an excellent instructor; she is patient, honest, easy to communicate with and supportive. For instance, when I was very nervous and made the same mistakes repeatedly, she was calm and tried different teaching approaches. Marianne recognises that people learn differently and adapts her teaching accordingly. She also went above and beyond to ensure I was ready to pass the test. She gave me extra advice, tips and materials to support me.

I could not be happier with the support I received, and I am thrilled I can drive now!
