I used BKH Plumbing to change exterior drainage pipes and connect them into the underground stormwater. The plumber visited the site promptly to quote, only needed to stay for a few minutes and offered an alternate way to do the work which was going to look better than what I asked for - much appreciated. Quote was competitive compared to others I got. Showed up on time (even slightly early!) to do the work - nice guy with good communication. Will use again when we need more plumbing work in the future.

I have been using Brad as my plumber for the last 8 years. I myself am a plumber by trade, but have been off the tools for sometime (I became a plumbing inspector). In my role as an inspector, I came across alot of mediorce trandesmen. Brad is not one of these guys and I would happily recommend him to anyone seeking a quality plumber at a reasonable price.

Brad and BKH have looked after us in a couple of houses for quite a while now with huge jobs like replacing old sewer lines, replacing hot water systems, through to the little stuff like reconnecting a bath drain that had fallen off.

They've been prompt, communicated well about when they've been available and been really helpful with making decisions about what to do with particular problems.

The latest thing Brad has helped us out with is an urgent replacement of a continuous gas hot water system. We had a diagnosis and a replacement unit within two days of calling.

Brad did a fantastic job for my mum. He attended within an hour, supplied and installed a new hot water system that day, took the old system away and cleaned up perfectly. Excellent service, very competitive rates, pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Selby is an absolute legend. Massive rodent issue in our house which had caused considerable damage (leaking, broken pipes etc.) and I'm of the view any other plumber would have simply run away or quoted for a luxury car to do the job. Selby was relentless in tracking down the issues caused by the rodent damage, attention to detail was impeccable and he left no stone unturned, all the while making sure I was aware of the issues and costs involved at every turn. To be perfectly honest I don't know what we would have done without his commitment to finding and fixing these issues. This type of job was not for the faint of heart and Selby's experience is without question. Thank you again for all you have done for me and the family, we finally have working bathrooms again and it hasn't cost us an arm and a leg. Highly recommend.

Shelby did a new sewage pipe for us. Was able to help out with suggestions on alignment and future proofing for potential upgrades to laundry and bathroom. Looking to get him to help out with bathroom and solar hot water.

Selby is the most straight forward, honest in his quotes and explaining the water filter installation. No hidden or extra cost after providing the quote.
