These guys are very experienced and professional. True pros. They shifted us from Cheltenham to Yarragon, two flights of stairs in a cosy townhouse with a king bed and heavy furniture. All done without any damage and with good cheer and good customer service. Forget any negative reviews on this site - these guys know what they are doing and don't use sub-contractors. Fantastic service! I loved working with them - I was not 100% ready with things in boxes, but they took the stress out of it. Fast, friendly. Will definitely be going with Roo's in the future.

Roo and the boys couldn't have done a better job, very friendly, understanding of our physical limitations, went above and beyond with where to leave furniture, practically put the bed together for us, and plugging in appliances, no damage to any furniture and despite the pouring rain, left no marks on the carpet at all, for the service I received I believe it was great value for money for the peace of mind, thankyou guys for making our day so stress free.

Called at zero notice in a real bind, and Roo and his team were amazing. Emptied my whole office so quickly and efficiently, and relocated with no issues at all. Good communication and super responsive. Will definitely reccomend to others!
