My 14 old son has just been fitted with solemaid insoles after about 18 months of suffering with pain from severs disease whenever he ran or played soccer. He experienced immediate relief after wearing the insoles and is now running and playing soccer completely pain free! I met Hubert through my CrossFit community and he helped me massively with my rehab and recovery after my shoulder surgery. I’m back training at CrossFit which I thought I would never be able to do again. Hubert’s approach is exceptional, he really cares and goes the extra mile. Hubert provided me my rehab program via app which helped me immensely. It alowed me to understand every exercise I had to complete because there was a video explaining the movement. I had to record it once I completed it plus rate any pain or discomfort I experienced. This would then alert Hubert incase he would have to change my rehab exercises. It made a very daunting experience so easy and it kept me accountable. I can’t recommend Hubert enough to anyone that needs a sports physio, regardless of whether you do CrossFit or not. He’s communications and caring for your health is unprecedented.

AMAZING! We would highly recommend Hi-Con. Mae and Alex were wonderful to deal with from the very first message. Very responsive and helpful, did a great job installing our new air conditioner and lighting. They even cleaned up afterwards and colour matched the colour bond which we didn’t even consider ourselves. We will absolutely use them again. Thank you so so much. We are very grateful.

I highly recommend Hubert. He is great at what he does, excellent communicator, very genuine and friendly. Facilities are good with a gym and equipment onsite. Fixed up my shoulder and previously helped my teenage daughter with a leg strain. Great to have him in the local area.

Felix and May installed two ceiling fans and a PowerPoint. They were very responsive in organising an initial quote and installation date. They took great care during installation and left my home very tidy. Will ask them back for future jobs.

A day before Christmas my hot water decided to give up, issues with old piping and our hot water was not standing on any support. Full house because our families were here from far and wide and *Ash didn't let us go without. He had everything removed, fixed and replaced quick. Even took time out of his Christmas Day to check in with me if all was well because how the water would be hot by the next day. It all went well. Smooth communication, great guys, professional and extremely kind.
