We had a leak spring up under the kitchen bench overnight, and I called Alex. He was able to be here within the hour, was professional, polite and did really good quality work. He also educated me on where to get quality parts and how to do some of the work myself. Would 10/10 absolutely call him again!

We contacted Alex very last minute to get a water pipe connected to a water source as our home did not have one. Alex responded immediately and was very prompt to assist in arranging a time suitable for us. Additionally he came up with 3 different possible solutions that could better solve our issue and listed out the pros and cons of each, for us to decide. The quote he gave was also significantly cheaper then others. Alex was meticulous on the job and even taught me how to do it myself, as well as giving us a cheaper source for an unrelated issue. When he was done he made sure we were happy with everything before he left, he’s not just an amazing plumber but a stellar bloke and role model to the local community.
