I have moved to Goondiwindi 12 months ago along with my parents due to a car accident my Dad had in March last year. I am now in the process of having hand rails and ramps to where I am living. My Support Coordinator at I Choose Warwick helped me to access a OT for Assessment of the items this was Hope Therapy and Consulting from the very first phone call the person that called me was very polite and helpful. On the day they came to see me they were extremely professional. I then had to go to Warwick for further assessments to be done once again the young lady that was at the reception desk was very professional the way she conducted herself. The OT and assistant was exceptional. Not only did I get what I wanted but extra which completely took me by surprise. So as for booking an appointment if you or family members require OT assessment for hand rails etc I strongly recommend that you allow at least 3 months for a appointment. So yes I give this business a very high rating for there professionalism etc.
