I had a great experience with Mr. Ranga. He is friendly, experienced in teaching and gave clear instructions. I passed my driving test with his help. He gave the rationale in everything and even taught me what to look/ check for in a car as I was test driving for a car.

We were travelling a couple weeks ago & had an electrical issue with our campervan & fault light was on. Called around Friday morning & got fit in that afternoon. No one else could fit us in which we understood as it was so last minute, but we had to catch the ferry back home the next day.

The gentleman put our VW on diagnostics, narrowed down the problem & reassured us that we could still drive safely. A repair/reset was not possible due to our time frame.

Then, he didn’t want to charge us for his time.

We insisted he took some payment, but I am very impressed with how flexible, friendly & honest Ghan Automotive was.

Amazing and service. I was traveling to Launceston and had an issue with my vehicle on the way. They fit me in on the morning the issue occurred and got me on my way the same day. Very fair pricing and excellent service. I would go out of my way to have my vehicle serviced here again.
