I had Nic out to look at my blocked toilet and after him using his Hi-Tec equipment, he found my drain was crushed in the ground. I ended up getting multiple quotes from various companies to repair my drain. But I ended up turning back to imperial after seeing their quote was the most reasonable. After seeing the extant and effort Nic went to, to ensuring the job was done to the best standard I will always recommend imperial plumbing from now on.

2020 just got better. Thank you to Nic for coming across town and doing an awesome job at installing storm water drainage along the side of my place. My place almost flooded in the storms at the beginning of the year and I am now relieved and won’t lose sleep when it rains. This project was not an easy or quick job and Nic and Dan were very good to deal with and hard working this week.
