Gary came to my house, investigated the rug and offered an honest opinion of its potential along with a quote. I accepted his quote and he picked it up and took it to his HQ for deep cleaning. He delivered it back to me the next day (on a weekend). Payment was incredibly easy. The rug is as good as new - clean, fluffy, looks and feels wonderful.
