Nick was a pleasure to work with. We had water seeping into a downstairs flat and finding how and why was an extremely tricky task. Nick impressed us with his thoughtful approach to solving the problem and his determination to get the best solution. He needed to do some exploratory digging under and around a brick path and when he had finished, left the site looking neat, tidy and just as it had before he started. Total Relining Solutions recently lined the ground level sewer system at our 24-unit apartment building in Cronulla. Their work was outstanding, from the planning stage with Josh and detailed schedule hand delivered to all residents, to the onsite work headed up by Jayden. The guys at Total Relining Solutions did a great job on relining our cracked and crumbling sewer pipe. They were prompt to respond and came out to quote quickly providing useful information on the issue and process. Their quote turned out to be one of the cheapest which initially had me worried but they went the extra mile to answer all my questions and even provide a reference from another client to talk to. The job was done incredibly quickly with minimal interruption and mess. I was provided with a before and after video to show the work and they followed up with a call after the work was completed.
