Great building inspector , Warren has that fine balance of attention to detail but also assessing a home on the basis of its age. He picked up several issues accurately and advised us of relevant repair action and also contractual action with regard to our sale. Since the inspection we have found he was spot on with his assessment of the cause of some bathroom leaks and water damage and that comes with years of experience.
