I have used Compass Plumbing on a few projects including 1) installing a toilet and vanity unit in a laundry 2) upgrading a gas connection to accommodate an outdoor shower, BBQ and a gas pool heater 3) installing an outdoor shower 4) unblocking a drain and extending a pipe 5) other miscellaneous jobs.

Michael provided a detail quote for the bigger projects, which is refreshing and professional. If he wasn’t directly involved in the task, his employees would do the job and they represented him well - everyone is always on time, friendly, consultative and you can tell they all have pride in their work. I just wish more companies acted this way - that’s how long term relationships are built. I have spent thousands of dollars with Michael and feel it has been more than fair (and that can be rare to say these days with tradespeople!!!)

I can honestly recommend Michael and his team to do a great job and will not hesitate to use them again. Keep up the great work!

Very impressed with Compass Plumbing Marsfield! Had a plumbing emergency and they came very quickly - arrived when they said they would. Returned to do more work and even arrived early. Michael and Ben were very professional, polite and efficient. Communication was excellent- they explained what work had to be done and why. Reasonably priced.They are a rare and precious find. Contacted Compass Plumbing as I had a bathroom sink tap that could no longer be turned off properly and was constantly dripping and wasting water.

Called on a Saturday and booked on Monday.

Plumber called ahead to give me an hours warning.

Changed out the entire old fittings for a new mixer style and while was at it, checked the condition of the flexible hoses also in the kitchen.

All done very quickly, efficiently and the plumber made sure no mess was left behind.
