Harley Plumbing replaced my outdoor central heating and hot water units. I was provided with recommendations for the best replacements and the reasons supporting the recommendations.

Their staff arrived on time and completed the installations in a timely fashion. They removed the old units and cleaned up the area to the point you wouldn't know any work had been done.

Once the installations were completed the staff explained what they had done, how the units worked and things I should do periodically to maintain the units.

Overall, extremely satisfied with their work and will certainly use Harley Plumbing for any future plumbing and heating requirements.

Received a water bill for $2000. We were using $15 per day of water which the water company even said was not right. I called Harley Plumbing whom made some suggestions of things to check before they came out to save us money. These didn't work, however when the plumber arrived he said he already knew what the problem was and that he could see our solar hot water was broken. He fixed the issue and advised we could contact the water company for a refund (once every 7 years, I am paraphrasing, which we didn't know was possible.

Call out to fix heating system.

Cost approx $230 but didn't fix the problem. Came back and replaced the main control board which was the likely cause $465 and also replaced the gas heat element (had cracks in it) $770. Working well at this time.

Have a feeling they didn't do a full diagnosis of the problem, but they are the experts?

Volunteer Fire Station. On-Call 24/7. Dial '000' in an Emergency. The C.F.A could not operate without the vast numbers of volunteer Fire Brigades and the thousands of highly trained volunteers both rural and urban. Many stations of course are manned by full-time staff as well, in the more populated urban areas. The volunteers at North Warrandyte have been protecting the area for many decades and have evolved into a very highly trained unit, with highly sophisticated modern fire trucks, as opposed to the much older basic appliances. Keep up the good work.

Massive shout out to Harley Plumbing. Today was our first day opening the salon after three months closed and unfortunately we had no hot water. I quickly gave Harley Plumbing a call and within five minutes I had someone at my salon. I’m honestly blown away with how quickly they were in responding. From now on I’m calling no other plumber apart from them! I have found my forever plumber!
