I just wanted to post this review for others who are thinking about going for therapy: I saw Dr Stylianou for 5 sessions before we agreed to discontinue working with each other. She put up a lot from me and I know I derailed the therapy with my extreme antics. But her compassion is what impressed me most. She didn't make me feel like a failure and I could see she was feeling conflicted about terminating our relationship. But I truly prefer the honesty to the "game face" and I will consider making contact with her again.
