Shane has helped me through 2 weight loss journeys, the first time I lost 30kg, this time I'm about 1/4 the way through and now I realise I need to keep this level of exercise up for life. Shane is not your average PT, he helps you with the full package: nutrition, strength training, cardio, weight loss, whatever your goals and fitness level. He regularly checks in and gives out "homework" for during the week so you can't slack off.

Not only is it a PT session, but Shane also takes time to discuss things like diet, home workouts, just to name a few.
