My tyres were squeaky and quite a bit worn out weeks ago. I drove to a big shop and supposed to get them replaced. However, the sales guys were only interested in selling those profitable ones, rather than really looking into what I needed.
Finally I went to The Tyre Factory and wished to have a second opinion. The guys were very helpful. They precisely identified the issue and got them sorted. Further, and very important, I just needed to pay much less than that quoted in the big shop!
Conclusively, I felt the guys in The Tyre Factory were experienced, genuine, and took care of you/your car, no rip offs! Keep going mates!!
On suspicion of a slow leak in my rear tyre these guys squeezed me in late on a Saturday and found the leak in my tyre had been coming from a previous repair fix from another company, really friendly, helpful team. Would recommend and will be coming back!

Sharon was our singer at our wedding in Melbourne. She was easy to work with from the start, very responsive, accommodating and came prepared with her pianist Raul. She has a beautiful voice and sang the songs we chose to perfection. Even our wedding guests were so impressed that they are keen to hire her for future events.
Last public holidays we had a holiday booked,so I picked up our van the day before and parked it up. Done a walk around on the day and found leaking valve's,so I called around and couldn't get in to fix them but then I called these guys and bugger me the boss said come on down and I fix them for you. Mate thank you so very much to you and your team. And for this, I will be back .
