Had a puncture in my spare tyre, nail low down in side wall. 5 workers flat chat but they still put a new tyre on my rim on the spot. Waited about 15 minutes. Can ask for any better than that!

I needed 2 tyres fitted urgently so I rang around and got on to TTF Pakenham. I was out the door within 20 minutes and the service was brilliant. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I booked my car in for brakes and tyres. I left to go do some shopping while they did there work. I received a phone call explaining that my brakes were very un safe and they would need to find me some parts to fix it. They sent me through the video so I could see the big problem. I knew the brakes were bad, but what I didn't know was how lucky I was I hadn't had to brake hard. As they showed and explained everything to me. I obviously had no idea as to the dangers of driving with them like they were. They kept me informed about when it would be fixed and we worked out where they would pick me up from.The customer service was amazing, thank you all involved. I'm now confident im driving a safe car. I'm very thankful they went above and beyond to help me. I'd definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
