Nick from Crystal waters plumbing and drainage did an Awsome Job on my Laundry he detected where the leaks were coming form disconnected all the pipe work cut and shut a couple new pipes once the new laundry tub was installed, what a fantastic job he did i couldn't recommend anybody else and value for money if you want a great job done and get value for your money then don't think twice get Crystal waters plumbing and Drainage.
2nd time calling Nick for help. Water pipe burst in the wall...Nick came 1st thing next morning. Found the issue straight away. Cut only one brick to minise damage. Job finished within 1.5 hrs. Very reliable.

We have used Crystal Waters Plumbing & Drainage a few times over the last 12months, Nick and his team are super reliable, responsive and professional! Finally after all the years we have found a decent plumber that we can rely on that actually has solution to the problems.
Our hot water system did not work in the evening. I rang Crystal Waters Plumbing for help at 7:34 pm, who lives in Mermaid Waters, only 5-8 minutes away from my place. He taught me on the phone how to sort out the problem step by step until we found the solution at 8:47pm, at the meantime he also gave me some good suggestions.

A great company to deal with, pricing is fair, quality is tops.
Timing is fair given the time of the day when you request for them.
What I like though is they are usually available when you need them, unlike some other companies I've looked up who if you're lucky you'll have your tap fixed on the same day or next.
I had difficulty getting a plumber to come to my property due to a leak that happened overnight. Crystal waters promptly squeezed me into their schedule and fixed the issues quickly and efficiently! Very happy with the service and the price, I’ll definitely use them again.
