Took my vf in to get some wheels and tyers put on the man there where very helpful and the guy did my wheels help get my old wheels home ππ
I've been to ttf twice now, one for tyres and the other to replace a bush in the steering column. Both times they answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Nathan is a brilliant mechanic and person, he takes the time to build confidence in him by his honesty and knowledge.
Highly recommended Nathan's business.
He's definitely my mechanic from now on.
Thanks Nathan.
They serviced my car well and list what may go wrong in the future.
Me being an out of towner - explained my situation - was repaired on the day and back on the road - very up front with cost even with limited budget - great customer service - would recommend
My tyres were squeaky and quite a bit worn out weeks ago. I drove to a big shop and supposed to get them replaced. However, the sales guys were only interested in selling those profitable ones, rather than really looking into what I needed.
Finally I went to The Tyre Factory and wished to have a second opinion. The guys were very helpful. They precisely identified the issue and got them sorted. Further, and very important, I just needed to pay much less than that quoted in the big shop!
Conclusively, I felt the guys in The Tyre Factory were experienced, genuine, and took care of you/your car, no rip offs! Keep going mates!!
On suspicion of a slow leak in my rear tyre these guys squeezed me in late on a Saturday and found the leak in my tyre had been coming from a previous repair fix from another company, really friendly, helpful team. Would recommend and will be coming back!
These guys very helpful . Nothing is to much trouble and workmanship A1.
I highly recommend The Tyre Factory. Nathan, John and Andrew are super helpful. They even drove me to me to my house to pick up my wheels when we decided on a change of plan. These guys know what they are doing, treat their customers super nicely, work fast, are 100% reliable and I will never go anywhere else.
Excellent customer service from the team at TTF Pakenham! They were very friendly, honest, and offered me a great price on new tyres for my Hilux.
I couldnβt believe the service. Had a tyre blowout on trailer and we limped into town on 3 wheels. They fitted new tyres on the spot. Excellent price. Canβt believe how helpful they have been.
Last public holidays we had a holiday booked,so I picked up our van the day before and parked it up. Done a walk around on the day and found leaking valve's,so I called around and couldn't get in to fix them but then I called these guys and bugger me the boss said come on down and I fix them for you. Mate thank you so very much to you and your team. And for this, I will be back .
Helped us out on a public holiday fixing a burst tyre valve. Was done and we were back on the road in less than half an hour. Really appreciated the fast and friendly service!
Thank you so much for everything you did for me today
All of the guys are amazing
Service is better than amazing
You went above and beyond to fix my Ford Territory today
Thank you again
I had a blow out on my Hyundai and googled the closest tyre shop and this company popped up. I turned up explaining my situation and they were able to accommodate me on the spot with excellent service and affordable prices. Thank you guys!! ππ½
Thanks for helping an old lady. Very friendly staff. Prompt service. Will be back.
Always such friendly guys and knowledge of product needs are great. Very efficient with their service.
These guys are real professionals and a credit to their Trade.
The price of the 4 tyres I bought was great and the service I received was fantastic and helpful. I recommend The Tyre Factory Pakenham to anyone requiring Tyres, Alignment etc. Thankyou Andrew, Nathan and the team much appreciated.
