Late Sunday afternoon call out for blocked kitchen drain. Bryce was very responsive and attended within 30mins. The drain was unblocked and we are very grateful!

I couldn’t recommend Bryce and Waterloo plumbing highly enough. My old water heater started leaking on a Sunday morning. 1 phone call and Bryce was on my doorstep within 15 minutes. He temporarily fixed the leak to get me by until new unit arrived. New heater arrived next day. Bryce came back that day and had it all installed up and running. Fast efficient and a lovely man to deal with. Will definitely call on Bryce@ Waterloo Plumbing again.

I engaged Bryce to install 1 gas hot water + 1 heat pump after my usual plumber had an emergency and was unable to work for a few weeks. Bryce showed up on time and installed the systems as required. I requested labour + material rather than a fixed price quote. He charged 5h of labour plus material for the job.

Bryce provides prompt, personal, reliable and a trustworthy service. So helpful with my investment property as I know the job is done right the first time. Highly recommended:-)
