Had a toilet leak and Sam was out first thing the next morning to fix the issue - even though it was a public holiday. He was very responsive with organising times and a pleasure to talk to.

Had a blocked toilet, non-urgent, but called Sam at 1:18 pm. By 2:20 pm, toilet not blocked anymore and Sam had explained how to prevent the problem and also if it did happen again, what to do. Will not hesitate to use Sam as my plumber. Cheers.

Great work. I got block storm drainage and called sam. He secheduled visit to be on the next day and came on time as promised. He checked the drainage thoroughly, identified the blockage point professionally and provided guidance on how tofix it if I want to save money and DIY. I can see that Sam has the passion to help people out, rather than ripping you off. He is a fun guy to work with. definitly will recommand him to everyone.

Sam and his apprentice repaired a toilet recently, same day service on a Sunday and in pouring rain. A couple of weeks later cistern was not filling. Sam was very prompt in responding , found and fixed the issue quickly. Can highly recommend these Guys. Will be using them again on any plumbing issues.

Had water leaking from the shower through the wall into the office, called my insurancer and told I'd have to have a plumber inspected and repaired at my cost so called Sam late on a Sunday explained the situation thought I'd be up for an expensive call out fee, he said not to worry, save my money and he would be there at 12pm next day and would message before turning up. He was on time, even messaged before arriving, he was polite asking if boots were aloud inside, I showed him the problem and he got straight to work found the problem in minutes show me what was wrong and explained how he was going to fix it, even letting me know what to look for in the future and how I could fix things myself if I was keen. After fixing everything nice and quickly he left the place tidy. He even checked the office wall for water damage and let me know what my insurancer would do and how I could do it myself and the best was to dry out the carpet saving me the excess to my insurancer.

Throughout the whole experience he was friendly, respectful, organised, fast and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Sam and use his services again

Sam was the only plumber that who listened to what we wanted out of our hot water system and gave us advice on what system types that were likely to need more maintenance. Sam didn’t push any particular model or upgrades. He gave good solid advice and didn’t ‘mansplain’ to my wife. He remembered us when we called back and fit us in within a day. He had everything working well within the timeframe he predicted. We will be calling him again if needed and would recommend him to anyone in Brisbane needing a plumber!
