Had a toilet replaced by Ludo. There was a hiccup (no fault of his own) which meant he had to come twice in the same day even though he was really busy before Christmas and he was more Han happy to do it. We recently bought our house and as we were getting ready to move in we realised that the property had all the plumbing issues that you can think of, such as, obstructed pipes in the toilets, leaking issues in the bathrooms and blocked gutter down pipes.

Mr. Loo came to the rescue. Ludo provided advise on the best and most cost-efficient way to tackle each problem. He was very transparent with the cost of materials vs. labour hours and did an outstanding job!. We highly recommend him and we will definitely contact him for any future work required in our house.
