Hubert is the best physio I have ever had. He led me through my ACL post-surgery for 9 months and kept my goals realistic with a newborn baby and full-time work commitments. Hubert also helped me feel comfortable at the gym again so I could increasingly manage my own recovery; he didn’t do unnecessary things to get more sessions out of me. After recovery he has continued to check in with me and liaised with the surgery team to ensure I made it to full recovery. Would highly recommend him for anyone trying to recover from sports injuries.
With Hubert’s expertise & encouragement I have significantly improved my muscle strength & flexibility & I’m now able to do challenging hikes. I particularly enjoy Hubert’s balancing challenges. Hubert is highly recommended.
I do a 1hour Seniors Exercise Class with Hubert or Lana 3 times week. They include stretches and a circuit and focus on balance, falls prevention, strength and fitness. The physios modify the activities for each of us according to our individual needs and abilities.
I just don't know what I'd do without them.

We call ourselves the super seniors, Hubert is keeping us strong and mobile , his sessions always includes balance, cardio and weights , so important for us and adjusts it to suit our capabilities but he doesn’t stop there he increases the intensity of the sessions so thanks to Hubert we really are the super seniors..
Hubert is attentive and tries to diagnose the cause of my issues. He is exceptionally good with jaw, neck and shoulder injuries and equips me with techniques and exercises to cope with the pain/inflammation. Highly recommend!

Great experience. The appointments were very thorough and focused on my injuries with massages, dry needling and detailed exercises.

I’ve seen Hubert multiple times in 2024. He’s helping me to address imbalances in my mobility that are holding me back in my sporting goals. He’s been great at measuring imbalances in range of motion & strength and suggesting exercises to correct that I can do on my own time. The bonus is that Hubert is an athlete as well with his own training goals, so he really speaks from experience. I highly recommend him as a physio.
