Felix and May installed two ceiling fans and a PowerPoint. They were very responsive in organising an initial quote and installation date. They took great care during installation and left my home very tidy. Will ask them back for future jobs.

A day before Christmas my hot water decided to give up, issues with old piping and our hot water was not standing on any support. Full house because our families were here from far and wide and *Ash didn't let us go without. He had everything removed, fixed and replaced quick. Even took time out of his Christmas Day to check in with me if all was well because how the water would be hot by the next day. It all went well. Smooth communication, great guys, professional and extremely kind.

Alex was prompt in his response and clear in his quote. His guys arrived punctually and were very polite. They did a great job, washed up the area, and cleaned up properly before they left (other tradies I've used in the past just left rubbish in my bins, but they took everything with them). Alex called up to double-check if I was happy with the job and took me through the process of applying for the extended warranty, and that I should call them should I have any issues.

HI-CON Electrical & Air Conditioning are very good. I highly recommend them, they installed a split system air conditioner in my unit at Allawah and they did a very good job.

May was flexible and easy to work with. She was very responsive, we had upgraded the product to Daikin for better quality. Felix and his father came on time as promised, however the outdoor unit was installed closer to the door than I was informed. Otherwise 10/10 services, happy with the results and will get more works done with them, highly recommended.

Felix and May are very nice people to deal with. They are polite and considerate. May answered my inquiries promptly. Felix installed the AC in a very professional way. Their price is competitive. I highly recommend them.

- They provide a very competitive price. We installed two reverse cycle Mitsubishi Electric aircon and their quote was almost $2000 cheaper than oher suppliers.

- They are very responsive, available on Facebook anytime of the day.

- They are very supportive as well. We were interested in the NSW Energy Savings Scheme rebate program and they were happy to do the program training and gave us the discount. May even remind me to claim from the Mitsubishi cashback program which was great!

Overall it was an amazing experience and may their business will prosper in the years to come.

Incredible service, I have a Hair Salon an our hot water system was about to blow !!this was late Thursday .

Spoke to Steve , an he new how important it was for a salon to have hot water , that he managed to have a new system replacement an installed straight away first thing Friday morning 😊

Plumber that came to install was extremely professional on time an happy to do his job early in the morning. That these days is rare!

Alex and waterwize services are the best value , reliable service and professional. They installed the heater for me 7 years ago. They listen to the customer and understand how bad without hot water in winter. They identified the issue, and came help me repair the heater same day, fast and professionally for $330. I call serviceToday before them, and they want me to replace everything for 10k+. I will trust them and stay with waterwize in future.
