Alf was not only punctual and had excellent communication throughout, but he also conducted an incredibly thorough inspection of my property. He meticulously covered every corner of the exterior before moving inside, even checking all the cupboards and other areas. His attention to detail was impressive. What truly stood out was how he educated me on the types of chemicals used and the different treatment options available, which was incredibly helpful. Recently Alf helped treat some wood borer problem in my subfloor and roof cavity, he was on time, communicated the treatment plan and really crawled through the subfloor space to ensure he has looked through any other problems which were not visible easily. His rates were reasonable and did a great job.

A job done once, a job done right. Posted the job request on Hi Pages, Alf was the first to respond and contact me. He was upfront about his service, offering the best service at the cheapest price. He put the customer first, showing up within the hour of winning the job, taking off his shoes when entering the house, and communicating everything he did and everything we needed to know. We had an ant infestation, so he had sprayed around the perimeter and placed more baits than originally quoted (at no extra charge). We have not seen a single ant since, and there has even been a reduction of other insects.
