Joseph was so kind and attentive. I have never walked out of a salon loving my hair until I went to Joseph’s. I’m so happy with my hair now - he really knows his stuff and takes the time to listen and educate him on your hair endeavours. He had a really great way with opening up the salon to be so friendly and kind with all the clients! It was the best experience in a hair salon I’ve ever had!

Joseph Mourad is amazing at his craft! I have been getting my hair extensions with Joseph for the past several years and every time I leave the salon, I'm impressed. Joseph is very particular with matching the extensions to your hair to give you the natural look. If I mention I have hair extensions to someone, they can't believe it. Jennifer Rosen is a very experienced and genuine therapist. Jennifer took the time to understand our relationship issues, and addressed the concerns in a fair manner. Without bias Jennifer gave me the courage and support to leave the relationship, which was in the best interest for me and my son.

Unfortunately, my ex-partner Darren who I left turned on our therapist Jennifer and wrote the previous review, this was truly unfair. I can’t thank Jennifer enough for helping me and my son get to a safe place, she was very instrumental in my life.

I wanted to try a different hair extension technique when I came across Joe. I have contacted him and he has offered me a free consultation. I was there for an hour and he was amazing. He sounded very knowledgable and trustworthy. He followed up with a message and I decided to go ahead with the keratin extensions. OMG! To say I am over the moon it is under statement. He did a fabulous job. I am so happy with the technique, the quality of the hair, the hair type and colour he has chosen and how easy it is to maintain. I won't go anywhere else. He is the master!

Joseph is simply an incredible, talented stylist and a fantastic & welcoming person. I came in wanting help and he made me feel incredibly comfortable and surpassed my expectations. I travelled from Penrith to see him and based on what he has accomplished, I will continue to do so because not only is he talented but I trust him and his work.

Working as a full-time model and having stylists use heat and product daily my hair causes havoc. I was struggling with fullness and volume so I decided to put just a few hair pieces in so that my hair would be picture perfect all the time. I was terrified that the extensions would damage my real hair but with Josephs technique and care I was ecstatic with the results and now have my extensions taken out and re done by him every few months. The quality of the hair he uses is AMAZING and his energy and passion for hair puts me at ease as soon as I walk through the door.

I heard a lot about joseph than I eventually called him and he spoke to me over the phone himself .. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism.. so I came in to the salon and joseph explained to me step by step his ultrasonic cold fusion hair extension technique, it sounded amazing than I made an appointment and came back and had my hair extensions done... joseph's hair extensions exceeded my expectation and my hair looked its best ever.. I have never been happier with my hair, I highly recommend him his a true master of hair.
