Chris D was very professional, pointed out practical points about my problem and also noticed that my pipes had very high water pressure from the mains supply whilst he was out here. He installed a pressure regulator valve so my taps and pipes wouldn't be exposed to pressures that would be too high resulting in higher chances of burst/leaks, something I wouldn't have realised was a problem otherwise.
