Ordered a massage, warm service, the lady that came forget her name (booked Uriel?) was early, professional and friendly. My mom in law said out of the three massages I've ever booked for her, the previous one Endota in Sydney, this was the best one. She said that the masseuse worked a strong massage on every part of the body and was meticulous. Thank you Mandi for this wonderful service in the Hunter!
Highly recommend Mandi and her team. My husband and I had a couples massage for our honeymoon and we enjoyed every minute of it. We had a better sleep because of how relaxed we were after. Our Angel Therapists’ specialty massages are KaHuna Bodyworks and Lomi Lomi Heartworks along with Remedial, Relaxation and Deep Tissue. Obtain a state of Zen with a Reiki Energy Healing, fanatabulous (just made that word up) Facials or Feet Treatments. We even offer Restorative Yoga/Meditation sessions. Or you could also uncover more of yourself with an Astrology Reading.
Mandi and the Angels aim to create some stillness to busy lives. By adding our services to your stay we are able to enhance your pre/post Wedding day, Hens/girls’ weekend, golf break, celebration/party or “time out from the world” stay! No need to leave your spectacular rooms, we bring it all for your complete relaxation, calm and restoration.
I have also attached two copies of our flyers if you wanted to email guests. First has our pricing on it, the second does not if you are thinking of making packages.
Prices are $165 per hour for treatments and the restorative yoga and meditation classes vary as to how many people attend.

Breath is life. Breath is heart connection. Breath is connection to others. When we breathe in sync we are in the same rhythm. We can feel each other’s vibration and spirit.
Inspire – means “inspirit”. The word was originally used of a divine or supernatural being, in the sense to ‘impart a truth or idea to someone’.
We all breathe – animals and plants, fish and water dwellers – all breath. Breath is life and alive.
No matter what your beliefs are we have a body and it needs air … we also need to INSPIRE to ignite our energy. Also we need to breath in and out to relax and moderate our body systems,

Parasympathetic nervous
Circulation
Etc
Breath gives us energy and it also calms us, soothes and relaxes us to keep our stress levels down.
It can assist with moving Cortisol (not so good hormone in excess) and increases serotonin levels (good hormone).
Whenever we start a massage, we have people connect to their breath and we connect with them. Then, on each outbreath, ask them to let go of shoulders, hips, relax face, eyes, jaw etc.
Being mindful of our breathing, we come back to the present moment. This releases the pain of the past and also the anxiety of the future.
Restorative Yoga connects us to the breath to enable us to be in stillness.
There many types of breath work. We work with plenty!
