Palmers shipped my stuff to Europe - and I could not have been any happier with the service received. Whereas most of other removalists I asked for a quote made an already cumbersome undertaking sound even worse, Haylie found just the right words to reassure me that I didn’t need to worry about anything, they would take care of it all - and they did! The whole business took a bit longer than expected (closer to half a year), but the world is a crazy place at the moment, and they kept me continuously updated about the expected departure and delivery dates. The pick up was very smooth and efficient, Palmers team took good care of packing and all, I didn’t have to do anything. Their partner on the receiving end, Schmidt, were just as efficient and helpful. They stayed in touch regarding any timing changes, attentively prepared delivery and delivered within a comfortably narrow preagreed window. No damage to the shipment, no unexpected costs, no headache. Thank you very much!

The delivery guys were great. A great experience all round.

We engaged Palmers to help us clear out our apartment into our new house. We had most things ready to go, but really needed the help with the heavier items. Whilst there was a small mixup in communication regarding which truck to bring, they organised a replacement truck with 30 minutes. Once that arrived, we had 4 team members working to clear everything out and it was done so quickly by that point, even the problematic stuff like the fridge/couch. A particular shout-out to Jason & Hemi on the day for getting everything packed and moved with 0 breakages (Only breakage was when we were packing stuff away, whoops...). Thanks team!

Leesah was nothing short of amazing!! She is so knowledgeable, helpful and all that with a lovely sense of humour. Move went perfect as well. I would recommend Palmers to anybody moving, a lot of that is because of Leesah!

Palmers Relocations took over from our UK removal company once our belongings arrived in Australia. I have nothing but genuine praise from when Derek first made contact with us to when the delivery guys delivered right into our accommodation.their service, communications, updates and all round care and diligence were fantastic. Emails were answered swiftly and we were kept reassuringly in the picture at every point, docking, customs, quarantine and delivery arrangements. The team handling the actual delivery were great especially as they had to navigate a bit of a building site but worked with care and consideration. I would highly recommend this company, especially Derek and his delivery guys.
