They have everything you need to create your dream bathroom, from bathtubs and showers to tiles and accessories. Melih is very friendly and helpful, and he gave my wife and I great advice on how to choose the best options for my budget and style. Melih was very patient with us and went above and beyond to help us whilst we visited the showroom multiple times. The showroom itself is spacious and well-organised. I highly recommend Builders Express in Prospect.

I had amazing customer service with Adam! I could not recommend him highly enough! He was there from the start when I placed my order and when I had trouble with the shipping company he followed through to the end to try resolve the issue. I didn't have to call and hound him he rang me back constantly with updates and is an absolute credit to he's company! They were so easy to deal with & quick to book an appointment, & what I particularly liked was that they walked me through what they were doing & why, what the issues were, did the repairs & testing before leaving. Invoicing came with a breakdown of pricing & all of the work done so I had a record of this. They also followed up the week after to confirm all was ok. Such a pleasure to deal with & great customer service. Have already recommended them to a friend.
