Kat came to connect our BBQ to water, and gas. She took me through the connections and showed me how to disconnect and turn off the main tap overriding tap under the BBQ. Also gave advice about the starter ignition. Very clean. Actually vacummed even though it was an outside patio. 100% happy with outcome. Quality job and super friendly service. We gave her vegies from the garden as a thank you.

If you need a plumber in the Geelong area these guys are the go. We have used them now for an oven replacement/range hood install AND again for a water main line replacement and irrigation installation. Kat and Vic are prompt, easy going, they do quality work and their pricing was super reasonable. They are fair and honest, which my wife and I really value. Thanks again guys.

Kat's Plumbing Co recently completed a bathroom renovation for us and I literally cannot speak highly enough of their services. If you want honesty, reliability, and the highest standards of work, look no further. Kat, Victoria and the team turn up when they say they will, they explain every stage, will respond to text messages promptly and will not disappoint. If you want design advice, Vic is on hand. Their attention to detail and meticulous quality of the work is so refreshing. These guys deserve 10 stars. I would never use anyone else for plumbing needs in future.

This a review of my latest engagement with Kat's Plumbing.

My hot water heater died on a cold afternoon. There was water leaking everywhere. And worse, no hot water

I left a message with Kat and she returned my call in 20 minutes. We discussed what would be best for my circumstances and decided on an instantaneous hot water system,

Kat arrived on time the next day with her trusty assistant Victoria. :) A true team of professionals. Kat and Victoria proceeded to remove the old system and then install the new water heater.

This is a complex job with strict safety requirements which Kat ensured were correctly adhered to and the unit was safely installed. Kat then tested the unit and ensured everything was working properly. Kat arranged a trusted electrician to promptly attend to complete the installation.

Kat and Victoria then cleaned up and arranged for the old unit to be removed within 30 hours. It was gone within two hours.

Despite extensive testing, water hammer later developed. When I advised Kat she promptly returned and fixed it.

Kat is a true professional who takes great pride in her work. She delivers top quality service with safety at the forefront of everything she does. Indeed it could be said that safety and professionalism are the key to her reputation which she fiercely protects.

Kat has developed strong relationships with tradespeople such as electricians, tilers etc. This means that she is able to manage jobs such as a total bathroom/toilet replacement which she has previously done for me.
