I had a leaking pipe in a very difficult position and thought we may have had to pull out the toilet and break bath tiles to get to the pipe. David and the boys came out on time and did a fantastic job and explained step by step what they wanted to do and how they would tackle the problem. They fixed the problem quickly and were a pleasure ti deal with.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. The best plumbers I have ever dealt with and will be using these guys from now on

100% Plumbing arrive on time, take their boots off at the door and are prepared to work on our wonky old apartment that constantly throws up challenges - they never give up! All staff from the office to the plumbers that attend onsite, listen, are respectful and pass on information about what they're doing for our benefit.

Glen was polite and very knowledgeable. He isolated the leak and blockage within five minutes and fixed the problem without issue.

As hard as it was I want to give A Big thank you to dr Natalia for all that you done.. to see the emotion and dedication u had marley took a liking to u and it must of been hard for u to put our fur baby to sleep. But you came In to our home so calm and full of emotions yourself and explained everything perfectly considering We were a mess. You really put us at ease you are amazing. Thank you for giving our Marley girl the dignified send off she deserved.

An amazing doctor, frequently works at public hospitals even though he could work private full time if he wanted. Has helped many through the toughest times of there lives, you cannot ask for a better doc.

The great care to detail

The home visit service was a huge relief, convenient and helpful. Dr Ivy was patient with both my dog and me, ensuring my dog’s sudden eye condition wasn’t an emergency. The treatment was helpful and affordable as was the follow up advice for my dog’s condition.

We had our beautiful Ginger euthanized. Thank you for making the transition smooth and painless for him. He can now rest in peace. The vet was very understanding and compassionate.

Our dog needed to be euthanised after her cancer spread and woke up and couldn't move. We couldnt get into our vet for a week. Passum organised Stephen to come out that night. Stephen was really compassionate and really good at letting us know what was happening at each stage. Although it was a very sad occasion for us it was a really comforting experience. We didn't feel rushed in saying goodbye. We have school aged children and he let us know parts not to let them see. Thank you for offering this service at home as it made it easier to say goodbye in a place where our old girl felt comfortable. Thank you for offering this in home service
