A day before Christmas my hot water decided to give up, issues with old piping and our hot water was not standing on any support. Full house because our families were here from far and wide and *Ash didn't let us go without. He had everything removed, fixed and replaced quick. Even took time out of his Christmas Day to check in with me if all was well because how the water would be hot by the next day. It all went well. Smooth communication, great guys, professional and extremely kind.

Alex was prompt in his response and clear in his quote. His guys arrived punctually and were very polite. They did a great job, washed up the area, and cleaned up properly before they left (other tradies I've used in the past just left rubbish in my bins, but they took everything with them). Alex called up to double-check if I was happy with the job and took me through the process of applying for the extended warranty, and that I should call them should I have any issues.

We have been using Scott and his crew for a few years now and canāt fault them. They do a fantastic job week on week at our Minto Distribution Centre. Our site is 12000m2 and not easy to keep looking as good as it does. The boys are polite and courteous, always on time and leave only when the site is looking itās best. I have no hesitation in recommending Australian Facilities Group if youāre looking for a quality landscape maintenance service from some great people.
Despite the few hiccups, Australian Plumbing Brigade Team compensated and had the job completed, beautifully and successfully!
