An excellent dojo with an excellent teaching team. Chief instructor Dr George Adams is one of the foremost experts in self-defense related martial arts with decades of experience on the streets as a police officer and multiple black belts in karate, Brazilian jujitsu, Filipino stick fighting and coaching credentials in Muay Thai. Despite these expertise he is modest and approachable, making every student feel like a treasured friend. At this dojo you'll learn how to defend your life, to be a resilient and lifelong learner, and you'll be welcomed into the world of martial arts.
I consistently have had great massages here, and today was no exception. They always ask permission to walk on your back (which I love), and the masseuse incorporated some stretches to help loosen up my hips and shoulders, as these areas were tight. I feel amazing!
Joined our son few months ago, and I must say the George and team are the gems of their field. From the amount of training and focus on every kid is tremendous. Highly recommend this martial arts place for your kids if you are looking for one.

My girls started about 4 months ago the best thing i done was joining they have improved confidence and are able to defend themselves better in certain situations I have seen excellent improvement in them and their confidence i highly recommend this centre. The trainers are professional that take training serious and listen to your concerns. It’s a nice family environment I love it and we hardly ever miss training even the girls are always excited to attend their training. Thank you to George , Amin and Tim great job you guys we’ll be there hopefully for a few years to come enjoy watching you and the girls training and I think the middle daughter is so passionate she wants to go professional. Highly recommend.
Great place! I called to enquire for my children and George was very understanding regarding my son’s difficulties (ADHD ect) and welcomed both. They absolutely love it! My son is loving it and the teacher knows what he needs. I could not recommend them enough! Their a small class so teachers can put their full attention to the children and the children don't find it too overwhelming and distracting, i have tried many other big places and i don't feel there is that same connection with the teachers and children as it is here. Love them!

I have just started my martial arts journey at BKJ Roselands. I am very impressed with the facility, the instructors and the comprehensiveness of BKJ as both a sport and real world self defence system. Conveniently, I am located in between both the dedicated Roselands facility, and the secondary location at West Pennant Hills, providing me with more options for training since my life gets very busy.

Good price and great bloke! Had a damaged stomwater pipe. Justin came out the same day as I called and cut the concrete and repaired my stormwater water. Concrete looks the same as it did before the works. Couldn't recommend anyone better
