I highly recommend Tim Bailey for his professional craftsmanship and work ethics. Not only did Tim do a fantastic job replacing the posts on our pergola, he offered very fair competitive pricing and carried out the work with care. Our home was left clean and tidy after work was completed. I would not hesitate to have him back for future work and will be happy to recommend him to others.

Tim came around when he said he would. Price was excellent as was his quality of work. Changed the layout of our patio to resolve an issue with heavy rain causing internal damage. Also fitted shade sail over our pool. Can’t recommend enough. Honest bloke more than happy to also do the smaller jobs.

Tim done a excellent job replacing rotted parts of our deck and restoring it back to new very polite and professional to deal with and communication was superb I highly recommend Bailey Building Services.

We have had the folks from Erae's Tree Service at our place today and I was most impressed by the professionalism of their work. They came out promptly to give us a quote, confirmed prior to the day of the job and arrived on time to do the work. This involved trimming 5 trees in our garden, including a very tall Chinese Elm which was quite a challenge. All the work was done in a way to ensure the continuing health of the trees and they cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards. Excellent service!
