Bit of a shame this place is a hit and miss as its in a busy location but the consistency is lacking. Just the other day, Got home and discovered I received 11 hot rods instead of the 12 that was purchased. Staff working at the drive through are inefficient or they are too young and inexperienced to handle drive through customers. The same is true for the staff working at the counters inside. The wait time is super long and the staff dont seem to care. Rest rooms are dirty and smelly. I would avoid this KFC if i have other options.

Customer service needs improvement on the drive through. I placed my order having to repeat my selections and the operator still got it wrong. Will think carefully before visiting Rosehill KFC again.
Staff needs to be more careful while taking orders. So many times they messed up with our orders like ordered something else and got something else .
