I do not write many reviews, but I feel compelled to share the amazing skill and effort of Minett Studios. Their commitment to excellence is only surpassed by their dedication to making their clients’ dreams a reality.

We purchased a property in bayside the end of 2019 with the intent of doing a renovation. Little did we know that our mid-sized renovation would turn into an almost complete rebuild in the middle of a pandemic, which would result in our dream home.

I had a couple of people recommend Alishia Minett to me and I am so thankful I took their recommendation and met with her. From the moment we met, I could tell she was different from the other architects we had met with. She understood that a house not only needed to be beautiful, but it also needed to be functional, and she definitely understands both. We came to her with many ideas and she was able to see our vision and incorporate them into a beautifully flowing floor plan. When she added her concept drawings, we could see that her background as a designer would be an enormous asset. The fact that we had a designer and architect in one person was not only a cost savings, but also made things more streamlined and much easier to make decisions.

Anyone who has built a house knows it’s never an easy process, but Alishia did everything possible to make it an enjoyable experience. She was able to be a calming voice when anything became stressful and was good at offering alternatives when changes needed to be made because of supply shortages, etc. There were many abnormal circumstances because of the environment of building during a pandemic and she remained calm and steady throughout the entire process.

We could not be more happy with our house because it is more than a house, it is a home. It is lovely to look at, but more importantly, it lives perfectly for our family. Alishia took our ideas and created more than we could have ever hoped for. We look forward to working with Minett Studios again.

Work was done in very timely fashion, any issue were address promptly and overall finished product is fantastic.

They handled everything from booking other trades, to organising any last minute fittings and keeping the area clean.

Pat and his team were really helpful in getting our stormwater re-routed in readiness for our pool installation . They completed the job to our satisfaction and in a timely manner.
