Corey is a legend. I’ve been using Hi Point for nearly 5 years. I can’t remember a time I’ve rang him with a calm voice or not have been panicked and he’s always so patient and calm. He always turns up (omg - I am not even joking) and he always fixes it. I’ve had so many plumbing issues with the house I have now and he has fixed them every time so quickly. Today, I had the hot water flexible hose burst without warning in the kitchen upstairs and I had every thing from burning arms (trying to work out how to turn it off) and flooding rooms underneath and rang him frantically; he used a calm voice and talked me through it all. He came and fixed it and if that wasn’t enough he checked out my shower after I complained about that (for free - just with that Aussie generosity we all love in a tradie). Thanks mate. You’re a rockstar.

After 2 failed attempts with other plumbers, Corey turned up within half an hour of calling and cleared our blocked sewer drain in less than an hour. His knowledge of plumbing is matched by his professionalism and great customer service. HIGHLY recommend.

Our drains became blockage with sewage overflowing in our backyard. We originally rang Fastway plumbing...who we feel ripped us off, saying they couldn't unblock the drain with jet. They told us pipes needed replacing at a cost of $8000, this was not even the cause of the blockage. They then quoted us an extravagant quote to replace all the pipes under the house. We were left with sewage overflowing and a quote we could not afford over Christmas. Fortunately Hi - point was recommended to us. He was very helpful since the first point of contact. Corey came out on a Sunday and cleared the drain with the jet within an hour. He was friendly and reliable. He explained everything that he was doing and our options for future maintenance. Highly recommend Hi-point plumbing for a service you can trust.

Hi-Point Plumbing turned up on time cleared my drain which previous plumber couldn’t clear.

Very efficient reliable and price was very reasonable highly recommend.

Had a blocked toilet. Had another plumber come and did water jetting plus paid for camera , which sort of fixed the problem (front toilet cleared)

Quoted to come back to fix the boundary trap vent that blew up from the blockage.

Hi point offered to come and give 2nd opinion for free and finished the blockage part and fixed the damaged pipes for less than 1/2 of the other guy.

It's being a costly day for me but still glad found hi-Point who completed the job and a honest, efficient plumber.

Much better in contrast, having 2 plumbers attending on the same day for the same blocked drain.

Also cleaned up everything even the pile of **** where the pipe blew up. Very professional.
