They make excellent whiting and chips, but very inconsistent quantities. Ordered two large whiting (6 pieces per order) and chips, and received this: 5 pieces of whiting and heaps less chips per order (re attached photo). Then other days, we get six pieces of whiting and double the amount of chips! The variations we've experienced for the same order in the past five months are 4, 5, and 6 pieces of whiting per large order, with anything from 2-4 cups of chips. First world problem, but would be nice to get some consistency.

The burger is one of the best I’ve had! Great flavour, great size and the roll is awesome with crispy outside and soft inside. If I lived there I’d be one fat man… good pricing overall. The young bloke there has great customer service checking up on how the meal is going and keeping you updated with how long your food is away. Something you don’t get much these days

The fish is real. The chippies are scrumptious. The service is friendly and the tunes are always bangers. What more could you ask for?

We had the fisherman basket for two and we both struggled to eat the quantity of food that was provided.

The food was absolutely delightful and fresh, my hubby would go so far as to say it’s the best he’s eaten in a long time. It was $35 for the two of us

The best freshest and tastiest fish, calamari and chips that I have ever had!! Light golden, tasty and crispy. Great soundtracks playing as well. A “must do” for any traveller or day tripper to Scott’s Head. Yummo!
