Had a hot water system that broke down. Sent a message to Tom as it was after hours but he got back to me straight away with a few suggestions on how to fix. Unfortunately was not able to fix it myself that night but was very glad that Tom was able to come around the next day and fit in a new hot water system.

I contact Tom late one evening regarding a hot water issue at my home, not only did Tom reply with total professionalism and consideration, he was able to pretty much diagnose the issue over email. We had a major immediate decision to make and it was to either get our hot water system repaired or replace it as we had no hot water. What made this even more difficult we were heading out of town. We provided Tom with our situation and information and Tom took care of the rest.
