After ringing a few air conditioning businesses with no call backs or visit. Hubby rang Francis Air who answered our call, were willing to come to Sarina, made an appointment with us, turned up, diagnosed the problem, discussed it with us and ordered the part. We were told it would be approx 2 weeks until the part arrived. We then received a phone call confirming the part had arrived and a time was made with us to install a new thermostat.
