I had a very disappointing experience with this agency and would not recommend them to tenants or property owners. I have never experienced agents as unprofessional and rude as this team. I strongly suggest not getting into trouble by dealing with them. Please read the reviews and decide for yourself, as they are among the worst agents in town.

I vacated the property on 23 December, however the final inspection was delayed until mid January. While I understand it was the holiday period, the process was handled very poorly. The bond cleaner was delayed for over a week, and I had to follow up more than 15 times through calls and emails to request the inspection and report so my bond could be released.

Communication was extremely unprofessional. I contacted multiple staff members including Rebecca, Simone, and Jack Files, with no clear ownership of my case. At one point I was told Rebecca was on leave, Simone was unavailable, and Jack had left the company, with no indication of when my request would be handled. This continued until the end of February.

They also attempted to charge me for carpet replacement due to minor slime marks from my daughter, without considering the age of the property, which is over 10 years old. As per legislation, this charge was not valid.

After more than 20 emails and calls, Jesper was the only staff member who acted professionally, understood the situation, and promptly released the bond.

After reading other reviews, it appears this is a common issue with this agency. Their lack of communication, delays, and poor service standards make them unsuitable to act as real estate agents.

This has to be Australia’s number one property management company. The level of expertise, execution, professionalism, and care is unmatched. They’ve genuinely set a new standard for the industry. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
