Copped a flat tyre on the eastlink and didnt have a spare (I know I am an idiot) called around a few shops looking for an immediate tyre change and John was the only one who said to bring my van over, despite the shop being busy the moment my van arrived I was attended to by Kavir immediately and although they didnt have the tyres I needed on hand they had a new set delivered and installed along with a wheel alignment within an hour big shout out to the boys for having me back to work so quickly. Highly recommend!

Had my front brake pads fitted by the team, was happy as they fitted me in and job was done in a fair time. Im happy with the amount charged for labour which is very fair. Will be back next time.

I honestly can’t recommend this tyre shop enough. They fixed so many things that were wrong with my car, things other places never even mentioned. The price was so good and completely fair — no hidden surprises at all.

The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially John, who always takes the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. You can really trust that they’ll tell you the truth and not try to upsell you on things you don’t need. They’re so open, honest, and genuinely hardworking.

I purchased four tyres from another tyre shop (Evertyre and Auto Services in Noble Park) which I wrongly thought was purchased from this shop (The Tyre Factory in Noble Park). Only after going there in person did I realize that it was entirely the wrong shop and that I had made a grave mistake. 🤦‍♂️ Nonetheless, the owner of the shop, John, was an extremely helpful chap. Rather than showing even the slightest hint of anger or frustration, John just brushed it off with understanding and good-natured smiles. I was shamefaced after the whole saga. For their top-notch customer service alone, I recommend this store. This is a store that deeply cares about its customers and customer service and that is felt through their interactions. I will shortly come back and purchase the Continental tyres I am after. 🙏
