Had my front brake pads fitted by the team, was happy as they fitted me in and job was done in a fair time. Im happy with the amount charged for labour which is very fair. Will be back next time.

I honestly can’t recommend this tyre shop enough. They fixed so many things that were wrong with my car, things other places never even mentioned. The price was so good and completely fair — no hidden surprises at all.

The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially John, who always takes the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. You can really trust that they’ll tell you the truth and not try to upsell you on things you don’t need. They’re so open, honest, and genuinely hardworking.

I purchased four tyres from another tyre shop (Evertyre and Auto Services in Noble Park) which I wrongly thought was purchased from this shop (The Tyre Factory in Noble Park). Only after going there in person did I realize that it was entirely the wrong shop and that I had made a grave mistake. 🤦‍♂️ Nonetheless, the owner of the shop, John, was an extremely helpful chap. Rather than showing even the slightest hint of anger or frustration, John just brushed it off with understanding and good-natured smiles. I was shamefaced after the whole saga. For their top-notch customer service alone, I recommend this store. This is a store that deeply cares about its customers and customer service and that is felt through their interactions. I will shortly come back and purchase the Continental tyres I am after. 🙏

I was with my friend today when we went through an unexpected and stressful accident near Noble Park. In that moment of panic, someone from The Tyre Factory Noble Park came forward like a guardian angel. He didn’t know us, didn’t owe us anything, but still showed up with tools, helped move the car, and made sure we were okay, all without expecting a single thing in return.

It was more than just help, it was humanity at its finest. Watching him act so calmly and selflessly reminded me that good-hearted people still exist. He treated us with empathy, with no strings attached, and left quietly once he knew we were safe.

I cannot recommend this place enough, not just for their work, but for the kind of people they are. Thank you for showing up for us today. It meant more than words can express.
