I have been going to ascend every month for the past 2 years to see Anita and the quality of service is spot on! I haven taken advantage of a number of packages (laser and gold membership) and they are all such great value for money. The team are also incredibly knowledgeable and are great at recommending products / services based on what you are looking for. I always feel so welcome by all the staff and love coming in.

Dog can't wait to get in every time I drop her off. It's quite annoying actually 😀

I put my two cats into hanrob at duffys forest while I was away for Christmas. I can't thank them enough. Ollie and Chris had a fantastic time. They had a suite which included outside space with a tree to climb on. The photos they sent me were wonderful. Special thanks to Tiarna for sending them. I will be putting them in again for another "holiday "next Christmas

My two poodles were only there for a short visit but it was obvious they were well cared for and happy during the four day stay. From what I hear my little poodle got lots of cuddles as he obviously out on his best ‘pick me up’ cute behaviour.

Our elderly dog is very happy after her stay at Duffys Forest, which puts my mind at rest for future stays :)

Kindly took in a dog on an emergebcy and got them to be in brisbane in 3 days! Extremely kind and accomodating and dog is in great health!

Love this place. Have state of the art new technologies to deliver results. I tried the Carbon Laser Facial and RF Skin Tightening and results are amazing. The team go above and beyond to listen, tailor and are super caring, what you need.

Two problems. When we picked Sarah up there were 5 people waiting and one person returning or dropping off animals. It was Saturday morning. Perhaps you could allow for that. Sarah came back with a cold. This is probably unavoidable and a course of antibiotics fixed it. Apart from that Hanrob always looks after Sarah very well.

My pup loved every minute of being at Hanrob. I was very worried to leave her as this is the first time she has boarded but I was sent photos of her playing with other dogs. She stayed in the luxury suite and was well cared for
