John was sincere, competitively priced and done a fantastic job. He had all the right gear to get the job done quick and efficiently and took pride in his work.

Although it was a reasonably small job of removing the cement screed in laundry area and tile glue in the kitchen, John didn’t stuff me around like some other trades did, he quoted fairly and showed up as agreed and got it done. You can’t ask for anything more!

I had my terracotta tiles, solar panels plus my front drive cleaned. Jay did such a good job, it looks like I have a new roof. He also cleaned my gutters out. I can highly recommend Jay, he is also a very pleasant young man.
