Update from owner: For future info we charge $110 call out and $70 for the first half hour.
The installation of a new pump was done quickly to save our courtyard from flooding. The whole area clean as a whistle afterwards!!

Harrison promptly repaired the toilet flush to our satisfaction, after he received a phone call from me. . But we are slightly confused about the fees he charged. He said, he needed to replace a valve worth $100. But he sent an invoice of $345, without showing any break-up of the cost. I have paid his invoice.

OTJ Plumbing is our "GO-TO" plumber. We have found them helpful, responsive and flexible about solutions. They even gave us a discount when my son and I dug the trench for a small extension to our storm water.
They also added an instant hot water service to our new kitchen after considering various options. That involved tapping into pipes behind new cupboards and mounting the gas HWS on the external wall.
I’ve used OTJ a couple of times now. Very easy to book, very reliable arriving on time, professional and friendly plumbers. Definitely my go-to plumbers right now.
