Purchased our new Stargazer 3 months ago from Mark and Tony. Very happy with it, beautifully finished van . Took it back in September for its first service, checks done and nothing untoward. We have had our Stargazer for six months, we love the van. We are currently on a five week trip to FNQ. We have not had any issues to date. The bed is great, the bathroom has everything we need and the lounge/kitchen is well laid out. Our L shaped lounge is comfortable even for long nights watching the TV.

The van tows well behind our LC300. Small features like the outside shower are appreciated.

Tony and Mark were great to deal with, and have always been available for our “dumb” questions any time of the day. The handover while slightly overwhelming was comprehensive (if we listened better we may not have had as many dumb questions later)

We looked at many other vans and were impressed with the

quality of finish in the Explorer RV vans and this sealed the deal for us.

Mark is an absolute professional from first contact to completion of the job. He is friendly, courteous, neat and tidy, fairly priced, punctual and above all he does exactly what he says he will do. He is a rare tradesman who combines the ability to actually schedule work and meet the deadline whilst having the required equipment to complete the job first time and do it for a fair price, better still he Cleans up after himself. 110% recommend.

We have done two bathroom renovations, a new laundry and installation of a few other things and Andrew has been prompt, professional and honest throughout the whole process.

It’s rare to have a tradesperson so willing to work with you to get the desired outcomes, Andrew has gone over and above time and time again. I have no hesitations recommending him to family and friends.

I can highly recommend Scott from Positive Plumbing, he came to swap out 5 downpipes that had corroded and replaced with PVC pipes.From start to finish he was courteous, informative and professional.

Scott did another great job for us on Tuesday. All lined up to attend the house at 9:00 and punctual as usual installing a new IO to be able clean out our earthen drains with less effort and less issues from here on. We've used them for the last few years and have always been happy with their work and communication. Nice working with a family business.

Recently I called Positive Plumbing to fix up a job another plumber missed. Scott was exceptional not only with the job and thoroughness but he took the time to explain what he was doing and possible solutions to the issue. Luckily it was an easy fix but I did appreciate the knowledge of a heads up in case it was something bigger. I found my plumber.
