Our dining table finally arrived after what felt like forever! (my fault for not reading the lead time when bought) and it's even more beautiful in person, so thank you!

Upon following up on our order we were originally advised that our table would be delivered towards the end of September after the first follow up we were told it would be 10 days (we waited 14 days as we understood that transport and so forth could take a little longer) Still hadn't received the item my fiancé contacted the customer service team again, and wow did he struck gold dealing with one of the best guys!

Not only did this guy kept his promised about following up, he even organised with the transport team to assemble our table and remove all the boxing/rubbish!

He was so understanding and definitely showed how much he cared about providing a great service!

(If only my fiancé could remember his name so we could give him a shout out.. if you're reading this, thank you again for your help :) )

A had a problem with my delivery and the owner was understanding and called personally to rectify.

Discovered their Kumo coffee table during a sale and when I accidentally missed the sale deadline, the team very kindly gave me a code so I could purchase the table at the sale price (which they absolutely did not need to do). Despite my lack of familiarity with the brand and the lack of customer reviews etc., I felt reassured due to their timely & personable communication. Delivery people were also super chill & didn’t invade my privacy/make me feel uncomfortable. Plus the table is so gorgeous and such a reasonable price point for this style. Just received my new dining table and coffee table from Casa Blanco and they are both stunning!!!! I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase and the quality of the product!!! The shipping was slightly delayed but so were my other orders from different furniture company’s. I guess this can be explained by the current circumstances in the world. The quality of furniture makes up completely for the delay in shipping. I am absolutely thrilled with Casa Blanco and will definitely order their products again in the future!!!
